Jagan Wealth: CBI Submitted Report to HC

The CBI on Tuesday submitted two reports to the AP High Court on the controversial Emaar-APIIC deal and the alleged illegal assets of YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.

This was in accordance with the order given by the HC two weeks ago in which it wanted the CBI to conduct a preliminary investigation into both the issues and submit its reports to enable it to take a decision on two petitions that sought a full-fledged probe. According to reliable sources, the CBI has expressed many doubts pertaining to investments made in to the businesses of Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in its report. The court will take up the case at 11 AM today (27-07-11).
