The women members in the upper house have virtually brought the house to standstill demanding the government to take action against the film maker and the jail officials for making a video interview of Mukesh Kumar the prime accused in Nirbhaya case. The members of the house have asked the home minister Rajnath Singh, why the government is still taking time to implement the death sentence awarded to the guilty in this case.
