Delivery of products purchased on teluguone.com will be made to the following places at the rates mentioned below. Additional discounts may or may not be offered on the shipping charges based on the quantity ordered and will be mentioned at the place of order.
Orders once placed can not be cancelled under any circumstances.
Once delivered, products cannot be exchanged and money cannot be refunded.
Shipping charges for the delivery of the product within Hyderabad & Secunderabad are free of cost, if the delivery is to any other place apart from twin cities, the charges will be intimated to you on case to case basis depending on the destination and the product selected.
Same day delivery within Hyderabad & Secunderabad costs additional charge of one US dollar for every ten dollars consignment and delivery on specific time shall attract additional delivery charges.
Customers are requested to place the order well in advance (Clear 3 Days in advance) if the shipping place is out of twin cities, for the product to be shipped on time.
Products may be delivered through courier service where ever necessary, if the shipping place is outside twin cities.
Except Cold Cakes & spillable food items (sweets) any other products can be shipped through out A.P. Instead of Cold Cakes, the cream cakes can be shipped through out A.P
If the products like cakes,flowers etc. are to be delivered to the remote places and by any chance if there is non-availability of the exact product you have ordered, we will be choosing the nearest matching item of the same price range and deliver it.
