I've Not Used My Brain - Director Teja
on Oct 7, 2015
What's the possible use of dissecting a film when its already released and flopped? Maybe that introspection will give a chance to come up with better product next time. For directors like Teja who are making flops continuously, what's the best way to talk about their own products, is to engulf them with self-criticism.
"I've become a lazy person now, who cannot focus on scripts properly. I've not used by brain to the fullest to conceive some intelligent and clever scenes like I've made in movies like Nuvvu Nenu. That's why Hora Hori didn't worked at box office", says Teja, when quizzed about why "Hora Hori" flopped despite him criticising all others in film industry and promoting the film with huge controversies.
End of the day, whether Teja used his brain or not, producers used their money and now it's gone. So, our talented maker should make films that work rather giving these 'flashy' and 'fiery' statements about flops. Isn't it?
