Can Suvarna Sundari Match The Classic?

Suvarna Sundari is one of the all time classics in Telugu cinema. Directed by Vedantam Raghavaiah, Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Anjali Devi essayed lead roles in the socio fantasy entertainer. Interestingly, the same title of Suvarna Sundari is confirmed for an upcoming film.
Suvarna Sundari pre look poster has been unveiled today. A statue of a lady with half covered saree can be seen in the picture and in the background soldiers are visible in a battle field. Apparently, director tries to narrate the film's theme with the poster. 'History Always Haunts Future' is the tagline.
Interim, Suvarna Sundari's first look poster will be unveiled on 14th of this month. The first look poster is expected to further hike curiosity over the project.
Actually, it needs guts for one to use classic film titles or remaking classics or making sequels to evergreen films. Filmmaker Surya MSN is daring to make a film with the title Suvarna Sundari. Hope, he will please Telugu spectators by making a meaningful movie. The new movie may not match to the classic, but it should not spoil the name.
