When Sridevi Rejected 1st Hollywood Offer

Legendary actress Sridevi’s sudden demise is a big shock to South and Bollywood industries. The remains would be brought back onboard a chartered aircraft by 5:30 pm today.
Sridevi was particular about picking films, although she was offered huge pay cheques. Sridevi even rejected few big offers, when she thought that she won’t be suitable for the roles. Guess what, Sridevi even said no to a star Hollywood filmmaker.
Sridevi was approached to play a cameo in Steven Spielberg’s iconic film Jurassic Park that was released in 1993. However, she directly said no to the Hollywood filmmaker as she was not interested to play just a ‘cameo’ role. If Sridevi had accepted to do the role, she would have become first Bollywood actress to act in a Hollywood movie.
It may be mentioned here that, Sridevi also refused to star in few other super hit Indian films like Darr, Baahubali etc.
