Bollywood top actress Priyanka Chopra has been inviting controversies regularly with her controversial acts. She was criticized for wearing a skin revealing outfit when she went to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a foreign country. Now, she hits headlines once again for posting a boomerang video on Instagram, sporting a tricolor scarf.
On the occasion of India's 70th Independence day, Priyanka Chopra took to the social media platform to wish the entire nation a Happy Independence Day. She captioned the video, "Independence Day #Vibes 🇮🇳#MyHeartBelongsToIndia #happyindependencedayindia #jaihind (sic)."
Priyanka Chopra, who was in the US on August 15, was trolled for disrespecting the Indian flag. Many suggested that the actress should have worn something more traditional like a salwar-kameez and that she must apologize for the 'controversial post' and for wearing the national pride around her neck.
