Universal star Kamal Haasan kept his projects on hold after he got injured in his residence few months ago. Though he was fully recovered, Kamal is spending time on other assignments. When there were reports that, superstar Rajinikanth will make his entry into politics, Kamal Haasan almost confirmed about his political entry. Buzz is that, Kamal Haasan will float his own political party by this month-end during Dussehra.

On the film front, Kamal Haasan’s two projects- Viswaroopam 2 and Sabaash Naidu were kept on hold for long time. Interestingly, Kamal Haasan signed a new film. As per reports, Kamal Haasan okayed a film with ace director Shankar who is busy wrapping up Rajinikanth’s Robo 2.0.

Kamal Haasan and Shankar previously worked together for a sensational film Bharatheeyudu. The duo had plans to make sequel for the film, but things didn’t materialize. In fact, Kamal was the original choice for Robo which was later offered to Rajinikanth.
