Ranbir Kapoor on a lot of occasions said that he looked upto Amitabh Bachchan for various reasons. In a recent interview which he did with Amitabh, the two had a candid conversation. Amitabh Bachchan said he admired Ranbir Kapoor's choice of films and admitted that he was awed by Ranbir's acting prowess. "I find it very unusual...the way you react to any situation, the way you look," Amitabh said about Ranbir's acting in films. Big B went on to admire how Ranbir in his films does not move any muscle in his body and is able to convey his emotions by simply looking. Amitabh added that acting that way successful is difficult. Amitabh also told Ranbir, "When you perform, you don't do much." and asked Ranbir back, "How are you able to do that?" . When Ranbir asked if taking time off from acting felt like failure, Amitabh said that it did not. The Pink actor then went on to extrapolate more on failing as a star and an actor.
