Alia Bhatt has been the toast of the town with some stunning performances that she has been giving onscreen offlate. Apart from acting, she has also gained a lot of appreciation for her singing in her recent film as well. But when asked if she would also director a movie someday, like her father Mahesh Bhatt, she says, “Maybe I can produce (films) one day, but I don’t think I can ever be a director because being a director takes a lot. I don’t think I have that capability". Asked if she takes any guidance from her family, she said: “While making the film no advice comes from my parents.
All advice comes from my director.”Since her debut film Student of the Year in 2012, she has done films like Highway, 2 States, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Kapoor and Sonsand Udta Punjab. Alia, daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan, added that she can take up filmmaking as a producer, but never as a director. Alia Bhatt will be seen next in director Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan. The film will release on November 25.
