Updated : Feb 14, 2017

Unique promotions will help small time films with entertaining or experimental concepts to bring audience to theaters. However, when it comes to high budget and star hero films, huge openings are guaranteed, irrespective of many factors surrounding it.

Though Bollywood stars and filmmakers go for vigorous and exceptional promotional campaigns such as screening their films one or two days prior to actual theatrical outing, Tollywood filmmakers still stuck to regular things. Few experiments give optimistic results and few may misfire.

Coming to actual point, Rana Daggubati who is basking on the success of Baahubali, is confident enough about his upcoming film Ghazi hitting the screens on February 17th.

Unlike regular Telugu films, Ghazi will have premiere shows bit early. While Hindi and Tamil versions were already screened in Mumbai and Chennai, Telugu version will have benefit shows in various cities in Telugu states on 15th and 16th.

Ghazi will have special show in Hyderabad on Feb 15th at Prasad Multiplex at 8:45AM, wherein Vizag show will start in the evening on the same day. On 16th, Ghazi will have its very first show in Vijayawada.

Ghazi has got encouraging reports from premiere shows in Mumbai and Chennai. Rana hopes Telugu audience too will like the film.

Nonetheless, one wonders, is Rana confident or over confident about Ghazi? It’s why because many stars are of late avoiding early premiere shows with a fear of effect on opening collections, if that particular movie gets mixed or negative talk from the show?

Let’s see how Rana and his makers’ strategies work for Ghazi!
