Power Star Pawan Kalyan is seen flaunting red towel in several occasions. In his film Sardaar Gabbar Singh, he wears the red towel throughout the film. Why Pawan Kalyan has special interest over the attire.

While speaking at Harvard University, Pawan said that, “Red Towel is symbol of commoner. So, I wear it in public appearances.” 

Actually, Konidela family has special bonding with red. Chiranjeevi, Nagababu and Pawan Kalyan’s father Konidela Venkat Rao was from a Communist background. Pawan too likes ideologies of communist parties and he recently announced that he doesn’t have any qualms tying-up with left parties and fight against state and central governments.
