Why no hero Remaking Kaththi?

Recently a Tamil film was released with Vijay and Samantha in the lead called Kaththi and it was a blockbuster hit which crossed a collection of Rs. 100 crores.
It is common for Vijay to work in Telugu remake films and vice versa. But sources say that no hero may be interested as of now to work in this movie.
This is because it depicts the story of acquiring land for other purposes by destroying agriculture fields and the hero fights against it. There are fears that it might go against one government and hence heroes are backing off?
