Kidnapped Odisha MLA Jhina Hikaka Released?

News is making rounds that the kidnapped Odisha MLA Jhina Hikaka has been released by the maoists late on Thursday night. According to unconfirmed reports, the maoists set him free in Narayanapatna forest yesterday. Neither the Odisha government nor Jhina Hikaka abductors have denied the reports so far.

Yesterday it was reported that the maoists produced the MLA before a people's court somewhere in Narayanapatna block. After that there was no news about what has transpired in the people's court.
