Nag’s N Convention Center comes under GHMC scanner again?

Two months ago, Tollywood actor Nagarjuna has demolished part of his N Convention Center structures, as GHMC officials alleges that they were built on the encroached government lands. Nagarjuna did so to avoid further embarrassment from them. However, GHMC officials have seen it as admitting his mistake and took legal advice for further actions. They were suggested to serve him notices to conduct a survey in his N Convention Center, which they argue was constructed on Tummidikunta Lake that belongs to state government.

They believe around 3.3 acres of land has been encroached by the actor for constructing his N Convention Centre. However, Nagarjuna argues that he has all legal documents that prove his ownership on the particular land. So, it will be confirmed only after conducting a survey of the lake and his convention center. If, GHMC officials prove he encroached the government land, it will tarnish his and his family reputation.
