Major fire at Arm's Depot in Maha, 17 killed

Major fire broke out at an ammunition depot in Maharashtra's Pulgaon killing 17 and injuring 19. An investigation has been ordered into the incident. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, who was in Pune, is reported to be going to Pulgaon to see the situation. The fire broke out between 1:30 and 2 am on Tuesday at the Central Ammunition Depot at Pulgaon, which is about 110 km from Nagpur.
