Jagan, Emaar Cases: CBI Intensifies Investigation

As part of intensifying the investigation into Jaganmohan Reddy assets as well as the Emaar properties cases, the CBI again questioned Jagathi Publications Vice-President Vijay Sai Reddy, who appeared before the agency today. He was interrogated by the sleuths for some time, official sources said.

Bank officials from Oriental Bank of Commerce and IDBI Bank also appeared before the CBI officials and handed over bank statements related to investments made in Kadapa MP companies.

The CBI officials were keenly scrutinising the information collected during the searches in the both cases. Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate officials were busy procuring details from the office of Registrar of Companies, Sub-Registrars offices, commercial banks and income tax department in connection with the cases.
