The court had in the day heard arguements of both the parties - CBI and Jagan Mohan Reddy's counsels and delivered its judgement a short while ago. The court considered CBI's objection that Jagan is the key person in the case and has lot of information with him. Hence they require the custody of Jagan so as to elicit crucial information pertaining to the case.

Meanwhile in High Court, hearing on Jagan's petition has been completed and the court reserved its judgement. The verdict may be out late tonight or may be deferred to some other date. Jagan had filed a petition in high court that his arrest by the CBI is improper and contended that by arrest he has been deprived from canvassing for his party - a recognised party, of which he is the president.
