PM: India most open economy in world

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been approved by the central government to 100 percent in various sectors including civil aviation, defence, pharma. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday hailed the relaxation of rules in FDI, saying they would make India most open economy in the world. He tweeted:

 

''Centre has radically liberalized the FDI regime, with the objective of providing major impetus to employment and job creation in India.''
