CBI files charge sheet against Jagan

CBI has filed a supplementary charge sheet today against Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijaysai Reddy and Jagati Publications in a cheating case based on a complaint by Dhandamudi, Kannan and few others, whose assets were recently attached by ED. This is the first charge sheet filed by CBI after Arunachalam takes charge as the CBI, after JD Lakshmi Narayana returns to his home cadre. The trial court has extended the remand of Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijaysai Reddy, Nimmagadda and Brahmananda Reddy until July 1st. So far CBI has filed five charge sheets and one supplementary charge sheet. The supplementary charge sheet filed by CBI today indicates that it is going further tighten the knot around Jagan Mohan Reddy.
