History of Land Irregularities by EMAAR Properties

In a landmark judgement, the AP High Court passed historic orders in the cases related to the alleged disproportionate wealth of Jagan and the alleged irregularities of Emaar properties in land dealings in the city. The court ordered for a full-scale CBI probe into both the cases.
