Humiliated Olympian exits sports body

The first Indian athlete to ever to win a medal in a World Athletics Championships Anju Bobby George quit the post of president of the Kerala Sports Council after being humiliated by the state's sports minister who has accused the olympian of corruption. She said, ''You can kill us, but you can't defeat us...Sports is beyond purview of any party or politics".
