Indian Presidential Elections on July 19

The Election Commission on Tuesday announced the schedule of the presidential polls. The elections will be held on July 19th followed by the counting on 22nd July.

The Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath said that the notification for Presidential poll will be issued on June 16 and the last day of nomination will be June 30.The term of the current President expires on July 24.
