There's a ban imposed on Telugu Movies online ticketing issuance and cine-goers, particularly far off people are experiencing many difficulties to buy the tickets. The impact on this ban is clearly evident as movie buffs are queuing up at various multiplexes in the hot summer.

Couple of years back, cine goers complained of exorbitant service charges of Online Ticketing Websites. The Government reacted to this and a passed a G.O. licensing Galaxy Entertainers to sell tickets online at a nominal amount of 6/- as service tax. But these websites continued to run the show and now a fresh court ordered a banning on all the websites issuing these tickets.

 

Only Basiks Infotech (owned by Easymovies) charges 5.52/- as service charge and as such they are authorized to see now to sell in AP and rest of the service providers charging more than 6/-are banned from selling tickets. BookMyShow, TicketDada, NoMoreQueue, TicketNew, TicketPlease, KyaZoonga and official websites of 5 Multiplexes operating in AP are banned from selling Tickets online.
