Kollywood star actor Suriya's upcoming film with blockbuster director Siruthai Siva has made headlines once more. The film, tentatively titled Suriya 42, was launched with a grand pooja ceremony.

The film's makers have officially confirmed that the regular filming of the untitled film began today in Chennai. Suriya, Siva, Devi Sri Prasad, and others attended the pooja ceremony at the Agaram Foundation Office in Ramapuram, Chennai.

In this film, Disha Patani is expected to romance the lead actor. This film is being produced on a massive scale by Studio Green in collaboration with UV Creations. Devi Sri Prasad is roped to provide music for this project.
