The long-awaited film Indian 2 starring Universal actor Kamal Haasan is making headlines once more. The film's regular shoot has resumed today, under the direction of star director Shankar Shanmugam, who also directed the first instalment.

The makers have officially announced it with the release of a striking new Senapati poster. According to the most recent information, the shoot will take place on a massive set near Parrys Corner in Chennai. This new schedule will include key scenes involving lead actress Kajal Aggarwal and Bobby Simha. Siddharth will also appear on the sets.

Shankar plans to pause the RC15 shoot for 3 months while finishing Indian 2 filming. It is also known that Kamal Haasan will join the sets on September 5, 2022. Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar and others are also a part of this most-anticipated movie.

Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant Movies is producing Indian 2 in association with Lyca Productions. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director for this biggie.
