Fans are all excited to see Prabhas on the big screen. But his collaboration 'Salaar' with director Prashanth Neel has been constantly shifting release dates. The film generated a lot of buzz because of the high stakes and massive budget. With the soaring expectations, Salaar is also suffering from too many rumours. The film got delayed several times in the past.

Now, as the film is set to hit screens worldwide on December 22, rumours kept surfacing about its postponement. The Bollywood media started speculating that the makers of 'Salaar' are trying to push the date to next year 2024.

The production company has remained silent on the rumours. However, the PR team denied the rumours and confirmed the film will be released in theaters on December 22.
The film boasts a stellar cast of Prithviraj Sukumaran as Varadharaja Mannaar, Shruti Haasan plays the role Aadya. Jagapathi Babu will be seen as Rajamannaar.

Actors Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Chandu Kanuri and Dayanand Reddy are part of the cast.
