Naga Chaitanya is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Custody. The actor gave interviews to Telugu media. In one of the interview he opened up about Samantha Ruth Prabhu and his divorce. 

The most loved couple of Tollywood didn't last for at least four full years before getting legally divorced. They both were tight lipped about the divorce. Samantha opened up about that most recently. 

Now Naga Chaitanya also opened up about the rumours, divorce. Speaking to a news channel he said, "I want Samantha to be happy. It has been about two years since we got separated and a year since our legal divorce. People always ask me questions about my personal life, and I try to avoid answering it," said Chaitanya.

He further said, "Amid our separation, the rumors that came up were disappointing. The entire scenario was projected as if we both don't respect each other. On the other hand, a person who is not involved with my past was dragged into the issue, which is nothing but disrespect to that person."
