Comedy hero Allari Naresh has been going through lean phase. It's been long time since the young hero scored a commercial hit. In fact, post his father and legendary director EVV Satyanarayana's demise, Naresh has been failing to pick right subjects.

Allari Naresh pins high hopes on his new and 53rd film Meda Meedha Abbayi which is fast progressing with its shoot. Naresh who posted the film's first look poster stated, “On the 61st birth anniversary of my dad, I present to you the first look of my 53rd movie #MedaMeedhaAbbayi...hope you guys like it!”

In the retro kind of poster, the Meda Meedha Abbayi Naresh is seen staring at neighborhood girl. Apparently, the film is a romantic comedy entertainer.
