Lokesh Kanagaraj decoding Leo hyping us for Kaithi 2?

Leo, starring Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan, was released yesterday in theaters worldwide. Lokesh Kanagaraj directed the film. The film released recently and got mixed reports everywhere and fans celebrated it.

The film collected best numbers in Thalapathy Vijay’s career. In Telugu states, the film completed breakeven in 4 days and currently it's getting profits. Lot of audience had questions about LCU connection, Leo character and his flashback. Now, the director gave a decoding interviews and answered almost everything.

1. Leo Das flashback by Irudayaraj D'Souza isn't Real. Before flashback begins, we had a dialogue of him saying that its just his perspective. But we decided to cut the dialogue to keep the audience in doubt.

2. Leo & LCU Detailing - After Cafe fight, Thalapathy won't turn when someone calls him Parthiban for the entire film.. because his Alter Ego LEO has already come out. In Mansoor's flashback, there won't be bullet marks Thalapathy's shoulder as it was his perspective. Amar & Leo are from same 'Sathyamangalam Orphanage.'

3. Thalaparhy Vijay Title Card - We had that idea for LCU. Since we didn't want to reveal it at the beginning, we used it for Anna's intro. It will have all close-up shots of his eyes.

4. Whoever died in my Universe will have replacement. Alive ones will continue & there are lots of protagonists/antagonists yet to come.

5. LEO story was written 5 yrs back & it was supposed to do by another actor. After Master, I became close to Vijay na & felt it would be the best film to showcase his performance. He also agreed to it. The movie went 4 drafts after this including LCU connect, etc.

6. Initially LEO Das' Intro was like him fighting with Wolves. Due to CG & time Constraints, we were not able make it.

7. Entire film was a Case study of 'Parthiban' character. So I wanted to keep LCU as a small reference. 'Kaithi2' will have all space to bring Big cast. It will be an Event film.

In addition to the lead actors, the movie features Gautam Vasudev Menon, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, and others in important roles. Leo was produced by Seven Screen Studio and features music by Anirudh Ravichander.
