Macho hero Gopichand is not in best form. However, his latest film Gautam Nanda has been making strong pre release business. As per sources, the film's theatrical rights for few areas have been sold for record price for Gopichand.

Latest update about the film is satellite rights have been sold for highest ever price for Gopichand. Gemini TV is said to have bought Gautam Nanda satellite rights by shelling out Rs 5.5 crores.

Nizam King Dil Raju acquired the Nizam rights of Gautam Nanda for a price of Rs 6.3 crores, wherein Ceded rights have been sold for Rs 4 crores and AP rights fetched Rs 11 crores for the makers. The Hindi dubbing rights are said to be sold for Rs 4.75 crores. Overall, Gautam Nanda made over Rs 30 crores pre release business which is huge.

Directed by Sampath Nandi, Gautam Nanda has Hansika Motwani and Catherine Tresa playing female lead. The film is scheduled for release in July.
