Movie Artists Association conducted a meeting to discuss about spreading of drug mafia and also Tollywood celebrities connection with it. The meeting was also attended by senior producers Allu Aravind and Suresh Babu.

"If we really want our city, state and our premises to be clean, we must take action against drug mafia. It's really a sad news that, few youngsters nearly 10 members in the industry are taking drugs. They should notify that such rave culture is actually bringing a bad image to our industry. Actually, entire industry is clean, except for these 10 persons. We warn them to take healing measures immediately," said Allu Aravind.

"We will try and do things to eradicate 'rave culture' in industry. We will do awareness programs. The Hyderabad city will lose its charm if this image comes down. We don't want bad image for our industry because of these negative people. We are very happy that, the Government and Police Department is stern over the issue. As responsible industry people, we should see that the root of the problem is removed. We need to catch those who are suppying drugs and those who in the industry have connections with them," said Suresh Babu.
