Nandamuri Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj is one of the most anticipated films from Telugu Cinema. Movie is directed by Bobby Kolli and produced by Naga Vamsi. The movie team while releasing second single, Chinni, confirmed the movie release date in a media interaction. 

Speaking at the event, Director Bobby Kolli shared, "From the day I thought of making a film with Nandamuri Balakrishna, I aimed to present him in a never-before-seen way while catering to his fans and the masses. I want to make this film appeal to his fans from his prime to today's children, who rave for NBK’s songs and dialogues, as well as to the people who enjoy his talk show Unstoppable."

Producer Naga Vamsi said, “We are confident that Daaku Maharaaj will remain one of Nandamuri Balakrishna's best films in the last 20-30 years, with stunning visuals. We recently watched the first half of the film with Thaman’s re-recording, and we believe it will exceed expectations and become a massive blockbuster.”

Movie is releasing on 12th January for Sankranti and the makers are extremely confident that it will be a huge blockbuster. Producer has stated that it will be better than Waltair Veerayya, previous movie of director Bobby starring Megastar Chiranjeevi. Well, movie story will be told in distinctive timelines.
