Suji Rasgulla

 

 

Ingredients:

Semolina ( rava ) - 1cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Paalkhoa ( milk khoa ) - 1 cup

Ghee - 2 cups

Salt - a pinch

 

Method:

Clean semolina. Add salt, ghee and blend in a mixie. Make small balls, flatten. Place paalkhoa in the centre and close. Heat ghee in a frying pan. Fry these balls. Boil sugar with water in a vessel to a syrup of single string consistency. Soak the rasagullas in syrup. Dalda can also be used instead of ghee.
