Oats Cutlet

 

Ingredients :
 

Oats - 1 cup

Raw rice - 1 cup

Bengal Gram - 1 cup

Potato ( cooked ) - 1

Grated Carrot - 1

Chopped Onion - 2

Red chilli - 4

Salt - as required

Oil - as required

Coriander leaves - a few

 

Method :

Soak rice, kadalai paruppu in water for 2 hours.

Grind rice coarsely with oats and chilli.

Mash potato and mix all ground items with potato, carrot, onion, salt in a bowl to form a dough.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Take small portions of dough flatten, fry in oil and set aside.
