Paneer Curry Specials
Spicy Paneer Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer - 100
Yoghurd - Half cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Ground nut - half cup
Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves - As per required
Oil to fry
How to Make :
Cut the paneer into cubes.Soak them in yoghurd.
To this add, ginger garlic paste, garam masala pwd, red chilly pwd, turmeric pwd and salt. Mix well and marinate this for 1 hour.
Mean while chop tomatoes, onions and grind it with roasted ground nuts into a fine paste.Heat oil in a frying pan.
Take the marinated paneer pieces from the marinade and fry them to golden brown.Remove and keep it aside.
Now fry the ground masala of step 5 in medium flame.Stir well and allow to cook, until oil separates out.
Now add the marinade ( Yoghurd paste ) and salt.Combine well and sauté further for 4 mins.
Once the curry is of right consistency, add the fried paneer pieces.Add fresh cream, mix and remove from flame.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.Delicious spicy paneer curry ready to delight your taste buds..!
Paneer Makhani Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200
Capsicum - 4
Onion - 1
Tomato - 4
Ginger - 1
Red chilly pwd - 1 ½ tbsp
Bay leaf - 2
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 1
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Orange food color - a pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Method:
Cut paneer and capsicum to slim lengthy pieces.
Grind onion , tomato, ginger to fine paste.
Mince cloves and cinnamon.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon.
Add above paste. To it add salt, red chilly pwd and orange food color(Kesari pwd)
Continue cooking in medium flame, till oil separates.
Add paneer and capsicum pieces.
Cook covered on low flame.
When the capsicum are done, put off the flame.
Paneer Tikka Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 (Large block)
onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Tomato- 1
Mushrooms - Few
Coriander leaves- As per required (finely chopped)
Curd - 1/2 cup
Garlic paste -1 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Tandoori powder - 2 tsp
cumin powder- 1 tsp
Chaat powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili Powder to taste
How to make :
Cut Paneer into long 1/2" thick cubes.
Cut all vegetables into cubes.
Mix all ingredients for marinade and keep aside.
Add the left marinade to the vegetables.Brush the marinade to the paneer and refrigerate it for 3 hours.
Heat oil in a kadhai and fry marinated paneer till fully done.Also fry other vegetables.
In a plate arrange fried vegetables and then paneer. Garnish with coriander and lemon slices
Serve tandoori paneer tikka hot with hari chutney.
