1. Make a dough using above ingredients keep it a side for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingradients for stuffing and keep it a side.
  3. Make a small puri fill the stuffing in the center make 3-4cut in the side and fold it alternative over the stuffing like hair plate.
  4. Make a bow using the dough srtips and stick to the end of samosa.
  5. To make it more decorative soak sabudana in water and colour it. Stick it on samosa ribbon using water.
  6. Deep fry it in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketch up.
