Before attempting to clear the Cache, close all open browser windows that use dynamic fonts. Then, follow the procedure outlined below.
Clearing Cache in Netscape Navigator.
Instructions:
- Click on Edit.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on Advanced.
- Click on Cache.
- Click on Clear Memory Cache
- Click on Clear Disk Cache.
- Click on OK.
Clearing Cache in Internet Explorer.
Instructions:
- If you are using IE 4.*, click on View and then Click on Internet Options.
If you are using IE 5.*, click on Tools and then Click on Internet Options
- On the General tab, click the button "Delete files".
- Select the check box "Delete all offline content" and click the button "OK"
- Click the button "Clear History" and click the button "OK"
- On the General tab, click the button "OK"
