Before attempting to clear the Cache, close all open browser windows that use dynamic fonts. Then, follow the procedure outlined below.

Clearing Cache in Netscape Navigator.

Instructions:

1. Click on Edit.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Click on Cache.
5. Click on Clear Memory Cache
6. Click on Clear Disk Cache.
7. Click on OK.

Clearing Cache in Internet Explorer.

Instructions:

1. If you are using IE 4.*, click on View and then Click on Internet Options.
   If you are using IE 5.*, click on Tools and then Click on Internet Options
2. On the General tab, click the button "Delete files".
3. Select the check box "Delete all offline content" and click the button "OK"
4. Click the button "Clear History" and click the button "OK"
5. On the General tab, click the button "OK"
