Ram Gopal Varma said that he is planning an effective sound film and he is working on this concept from past few days and finally he cracked it and finally designed a crime comedy script  and  RGV named this film as "SILENT" and he also hinted that this film features actors from all languages and since there is no language barrier to this film as it is a silent film
