Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has reacted indirectly after facing allegations from the director of her upcoming film Police Complaint. The controversy began after director Sanjeev Megoti claimed that the actress was not cooperative during the film’s promotional activities and alleged that she did not actively participate despite repeated requests from the team.

The comments created discussion around the project ahead of its release. While Varalaxmi had earlier maintained that she attended every event she was invited to and fulfilled her commitments, she has now shared what many see as a cryptic and no nonsense response. 

Taking to Instagram Stories, the actress posted a cryptic message that read: “Barking dogs seldom bite. I don’t bark. I bite..” Though she did not mention anyone directly, the timing of the post has led many to interpret it as her response to the allegations. The post has since gone viral across social media and added fresh attention to Police Complaint ahead of release.
