Sunil and Akhil Uddemari play the lead roles in the upcoming psychological thriller “Fight Maha,” featuring Dr. Srivani Gopichand, Vaishnavi, Siddharth, and Srikanth Ayyangar in key roles. “If dreams come true, whose truth is it?” is the intriguing tagline of the film. Directed by Anand Chandra, the film is being presented as a fresh and innovative psychological thriller. It is produced by AVS Raju, R. Kumar Raju, and Anand Chandra under the banner of New I Movies LLP.
The teaser, which was released last month by renowned filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, received an excellent response and has crossed more than a million views.Today the makers have now unveiled the 2-minute-20-second theatrical trailer, further raising curiosity around the film. “Fight Maha” is scheduled to release worldwide in theatres on August 21.
Producer AVS Raju said- “We all liked the story immensely when director Anand Chandra narrated it to us. The story itself inspired us to produce this film. The way the director narrated the story was equally reflected in the way he brought it to the screen. We shot the film across Visakhapatnam, Kerala, and Hyderabad. Although only Sunil and Akhil Uddemari are seen on the film’s poster, nearly 40 actors have played important roles in the movie. We released the teaser last month through Ram Gopal Varma, and it received an excellent response, crossing more than a million views. We are now bringing Fight Maha to theatres worldwide on August 21st.”
Director Anand Chandra said-“The concept of sleepwalking that we have explored in Fight Maha is very unique. Although films with similar concepts have been made in the past, we believe that the concept presented in this film will be fresh and new for Telugu audiences. Fight Maha is an innovative psychological thriller revolving around dreams, mental illness, destiny, guilt, and hidden truths. ‘Maha’ is the name of the male lead character in our film. He is constantly fighting against the struggles in his life, which is why we titled the film Fight Maha.
The film also conveys a positive message: no matter how much disappointment or frustration we face in life, we should never give up on anything. We must continue to fight and move forward.”
