Director Sukumar has joined the list of celebrities who have watched Rao Bahadur ahead of its theatrical release. After Superstar Mahesh Babu shared his appreciation for the film, Sukumar attended a special screening and spoke highly of the Satyadev-starrer.

Sharing his thoughts, Sukumar said, "I have never seen such a genre being attempted in Indian Cinema like Rao Bahadur. This is a daring step forward by the makers in delivering a Hollywood level experience. I am thrilled to watch such a film and everyone pulled it off brilliantly."

The filmmaker also appreciated Satyadev's performance and praised director Venkatesh Maha's handling of the subject. He reportedly lauded the film's craft, production design, sound design and music, while commending the passion behind the project.

Rao Bahadur is slated to hit theatres on July 3. The psychological thriller has been generating curiosity with its teaser, trailer and songs, while the endorsements from Mahesh Babu and now Sukumar have added to the film's pre-release buzz. The film is produced by Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra Ankaraju and Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy, with GMB Entertainment presenting the project.
