Nikhil, one of Tollywood's rising stars, does not require an introduction. However, the latest film Karthikeya 2 starring Nikhil and Anupama Parameswaran and directed by Chandoo Mondeti is breaking records all over the country.
With blockbuster word of mouth and a rise in theatre occupancy, record collections for the film are flooding in. Within three days of its release, the film has broke even and is profitable. It must be stated that the film has impressed audiences not just in the South but also in the North.
It appears that the digital rights of Nikhil Karthikeya 2 have been purchased at a high price by a well-known OTT service, ZEE 5. After a six-week theatrical run, the film will be available for streaming in all languages. The film could be available on OTT platforms in the third week of September.
