Karthik Subbaraj's Jigarthanda 2 is coming soon?

Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj is well known for his work on movies like "Pizza," "Jigarthanda," "Petta," and "Mahaan." He got the attention of the Tamil film industry with his first movie. Many people's favourite character in his films is Jigarthanda.

 

 

In this Siddharth-starring film, Bobby Simha played the lead role. The movie, which was released in 2014, became very successful in Tamil. Despite not being a huge commercial hit, the movie received critical acclaim. Varun Tej remade the movie and gave it the Telugu name "Gaddalakonda Ganesh."

 

 

On Monday, this movie turned 8 years old. Karthik Subbaraju released a special video during this period. This video details the production of "Jigarthanda." In addition, Karthik hinted that "Jigarthanda-2" would be released soon at the conclusion of the video. In the video, he made it known that he is currently writing the script.

 

 

Jigarthanda additionally received two National Awards. The Best Supporting Actor award went to Bobby Simha, and the Best Editor award went to Vivek Harshan. Akshay Kumar remade the movie as "Bachchan Pandey" for the Hindi language. Bobby Simha was portrayed by Akshay Kumar, and Siddharth by Kriti Sanon. The movie, which was released in the first half of this year, continued to bomb at the box office.
