Megastar Chiranjeevi appears to be pushing his limits once again for his upcoming film with director Bobby Kolli. After the commercial success of Waltair Veerayya, the actor-director duo has reunited for Mega158, and the latest schedule suggests the makers are betting big on action.

The film is currently being shot in Hyderabad, where the team is filming what is said to be one of the movie's major action episodes. Choreographed by Ram-Lakshman Masters, the sequence involves a large number of stunt performers and has Chiranjeevi performing several physically demanding stunts. Considering the actor's age, his willingness to execute such action scenes has become a talking point on the sets.

The production had earlier released a behind-the-scenes glimpse from its Pollachi schedule, hinting at the scale of the action planned for the film. The ongoing Hyderabad schedule appears to be taking things a step further, with the makers mounting another large-scale fight sequence expected to be among the film's highlights.

Mega158 stars Anaswara Rajan in a key role, while S. Thaman is composing the music. Backed by KVN Productions on a pan-India scale, the project is being mounted with high production values and is expected to showcase Chiranjeevi in a stylish yet intense action-packed avatar.

While the makers are keeping the story under wraps, industry buzz suggests the film blends mass action with commercial entertainment. With the current schedule nearing completion, attention is now shifting towards the film's title teaser, which is expected to be unveiled soon.
