We all know that Khaidi movie enacted by Megastar Chiranjeevi turned fortunes of his career in Telugu cinema industry. Directed by Kodada Ramieddy and produced by K. Dhanunjaya Reddy under Samyukta Movies banner, Khaidi established Chiranjeevi as a true commercial hero.
Cut across, behind the scenes, the scenario was completely different. In fact, producer Dhanunjaya Reddy first approached Superstar Krishna to act in this movie. But Krishna could not accommodate his dates and as such, the makers approached Chiranjeevi.
