Story :

'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum' movie starts with a mining backdrop and the tribals lose their shelter because of Reddappa(Milind Gunaji). B.Tech Babu (Rana Daggubati) is an educated youngster who is into theater acting of the famous Surabhi group. However, Babu doesn't have any interest to continue in theater field and plans to go abroad. Things start to take a turn after Babu visits Bellary to perform in Bellary Natakotsavam. In the meantime, Babu meets Devika (Nayanatara), a documentary filmmaker who try to expose the atrocities of mining mafia done by Reddappa. What made Babu change his mind to stay back in the theater field ? Can Devika expose the brutal acts done by Reddappa? All these forms the rest of the story.

Analysis :

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum movie starts off with a slow narration and the audience are introduced to the mining mafia around Bellary, Karnataka. B Tech Babu's introduction is terrific and Rana Daggubati will impress the audience from the very first scene that he appears on the big screen. Director Krish must be appreciated for adding the concept of  Surabhi Theater within the story as it will be interesting for the audience to know about the theater field. Interval episode has been well shot Rana looked extraordinary in the action sequences.

Second half of  Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum starts with B Tech Babu still has the same feeling that people should look after their own life. Director made the second half crispy so that audience will not be bored at any point of time. The scene where B Tech Babu comes to know about his essence of life was touching. CG work in the Climax episode is a slight backdrop but the twist about Reddappa's identity was well framed.

Teluguone Perspective :

When a director like Krish makes a movie, he try to etch every character with abundant performance. Krish has done the same in  Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum. Each and every character was given equal importance. Every artist like Rana, Nayanatara, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Posani Krishna Murali etc have delivered wonderful performances and that is a major plus point for 'KVJ'. In spite of slow narration, Krish has succeed in engrossing the audience towards the movie.

Krish followed the same concept of adding the philosophy towards the script which clearly reflects on the big screen. “Chal Chal' and 'Spicy Spicy' songs are misplaced and there is nothing new in the picturisation. Venkatesh's cameo appearance received wonderful response from the audience and Sameera Reddy looked hot in the item song. In spite of a good story, 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum' lacks entertainment which the audience are definitely looking towards these days.

Performances :

Rana Daggubati has delivered a terrific performance and his dialogue delivery is definitely going to surprise the audience. Nayanatara looked good and has given a decent performance. Kota Srinavasa was apt for the role Subramanyam and Raghu Babu did a good job. Posani Krishna Murali and Brahmanandam will bring smiles to the audience. Milind Gunaji was ok and LB Sriram has given a fabulous performance as Matti Raju.

Technicalities :

Mani Sharma has provided a wonderful background music and its a major asset for the movie. However, except tittle song none of the other songs are up to the mark. Cinematography by V S Gnanasekhar is good and dialogues by Sai Madhav Burra are needs a special appreciation. Fights by FEFSI Vijayan are terrific. Production values of First Frame Entertainment are good.

Positives :

Rana Daggubati Performance
Dialogues by Saimadhav Burra

Negatives :
Slow Narration
Lack of Entertainment
Climax

Final Word : Watch Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum for the terrific performance delivered by Rana Daggubati.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Rating : 3/5
