Gabbar Singh that starred Power Star Pawan Kalyan was the first commercial hit for actress Shruti Haasan who was going through lean phase, before doing the Harish Shankar directed film. Within no time, Shruti became one of the top heroines in south.

Surprisingly, Shruti Haasan skipped Pawan Kalyan’s Katamarayudu Pre-Release function held today in Hyderabad, though almost all other cast and crew worked for the film attended it. One doubts, why Shruti gave a miss to the event?

It is heard that, Shruti Haasan is busy with her Hindi film Behen Hogi Teri co-starring Rajkumar Rao and is directed by Ajay Pannalal. Thus, she can’t make it for Katamarayudu event.

As per reliable sources, Shruti will attend other promotional events of the film which is slated for release on March 24th.
