Updated : Dec 23, 2016

Young hero Sri Vishnu has played lead actor in Appatlo Okadundevadu. His character in the film is modelled after King Karna from Mahabharata and has three shades- young cricketer, a rebel and the third one is a surprise.

Set in the backdrop of 90’s, the film is based on the real incidents that rocked the nation. They had to recreate the 90’s look of Hyderabad for originality.

Since, cricket part was toughest portion in the film, they shot it last. But, unfortunately, they lost the footage due to technical issues. They left with no option but to re-shoot the portions.

Since budget spent on the film was high and distributors didn’t keen to buy the film, the makers are releasing it on own.

Also starring Nara Rohit, Appatlo Okadundevadu is due for release on December 30th.
