Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen, who scored decent hit with Gaami will be seen next in Gangs of Godavari, a rustic village drama directed by Krishna Chaitanya. Neha Sshetty is playing the female lead role in the film.

The film postponed many times due to many issues. The film's shoot is also pending. The next schedule begins on March 20 and will go until March 25, witnessing talkie portions on Anjali being shot. RFC, Hyderabad will host this leg.

With the completion of this portion, the entire shoot will be wrapped up. Makers will take few days to complete the patch work and focus on post production works. Everyone expected that film will likely to release on 10th May (if Kalki is not coming on 9th May).

Today makers announced the release date officially. The film will be releasing in theatres on May 17th. Promotions will kick start soon. The unit is planning to release lyrical of special song shot on Vishwak Sen and Ayesha Khan (Bigg Boss Hindi season 17 fame) in the next week.

The film directed by Krishna Chaitanya of Rowdy Fellow fame. Music is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. BiggBoss fame Aayesha Khan did a special song in the film.
